Delete your account

In the TwoFrames app: open the You tab, scroll to Account and tap Delete account, then confirm.

On the website: sign in at twoframes.in, open Settings, go to Account and choose Delete account. You can choose Export my data first if you want a copy.

What is deleted straight away: your profile and photo, your moments, stories, video and voice notes, letters, journal entries, check-ins, answers and messages, your devices for notifications and your sign-in links.

If you created the room, the room closes and everything in it is deleted for both of you, including the shared album, drawings, plans and the Someday list. If you joined the room, you leave it and your partner keeps the room.

What we keep: records of payments made for Pro, because tax law requires it. They hold no photos or messages.

Can't sign in any more? Email support@twoframes.in from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account", and we'll delete it within 30 days.
